Access Profile & Personal Settings
To view or update your personal information and communication roles:
From the same profile menu, click Profile Settings.
You’ll be redirected to the Personal Settings page.
On the Personal Settings screen, you can view:
User Info: Your name, email, and account status (e.g., active).
The service you have and your role

Edit Profile Info or Change Your Password
Click the Edit icon next to your name or open your Profile section directly.
You can:
Update your full name.
Add or delete a picture or avatar to your profile
View your registered email.
Change your password by filling in:
Current password
New password
Confirm new password
Click Save to apply changes or Cancel to discard them.
