Access Profile & Personal Settings

To view or update your personal information and communication roles:

  • From the same profile menu, click Profile Settings.

  • You’ll be redirected to the Personal Settings page.

On the Personal Settings screen, you can view:

  • User Info: Your name, email, and account status (e.g., active).

  • The service you have and your role

  • Edit Profile Info or Change Your Password

Click the Edit icon next to your name or open your Profile section directly.

You can:

  • Update your full name.

  • Add or delete a picture or avatar to your profile

  • View your registered email.

  • Change your password by filling in:

    • Current password

    • New password

    • Confirm new password

Click Save to apply changes or Cancel to discard them.
