The Schedule Reports section enables call center administrators to automate report delivery by configuring scheduled reports to be sent to specific email addresses. This feature enhances operational efficiency by allowing regular tracking of key metrics without manual intervention. Reports can be filtered by queues, categories, and time ranges, and are delivered at configurable frequencies.
Navigate via the Sidebar:
Settings Icon ➝ Schedule Reports
The main Schedule Reports screen shows a table listing all previously created scheduled reports, each with the following columns:
Email: Destination email(s) for the alert
Subject: Custom subject of the alert
Category: Report type (e.g., queue performance, usage)
Frequency: How often the alert is triggered
Queues: Queues this alert applies to
Active: Whether the alert is currently enabled
Actions: Edit or Delete icons per row
Clicking Add New Schedule Reports or the Edit icon opens a form modal with the following fields:
Steps:
Click Add New Schedule Reports.
Fill in all required fields:
Emails: one or more recipients
Subject: report subject
Reports Categories: select one or more report types
Queues: assign queues to be included in the report
From The Last (X) Days: numeric value for history duration
Include Today: toggle ON if today’s data should be included
Frequency Of Report: define how often report is sent
Activate: toggle ON to make it active immediately
Click Submit.
On Success:
Report is saved and added to the list
Toast message: "Schedule Report created successfully"
Steps:
Click the Edit icon next to the report entry.
The form opens pre-filled with the current data.
Make necessary changes (e.g., update email list or frequency).
Click Submit.
On Success:
Report updates are saved
Toast message: "Schedule Report updated successfully"
Steps:
Click the Delete icon next to a report.
A confirmation modal appears:
“Are you sure you want to delete the scheduled report?”
Click Confirm.
On Success:
Report is removed from the list
Toast message: "Schedule Report deleted successfully"
