The Call Tags feature allows users to create, manage, and apply tags to calls. Each tag consists of a name, an optional description, and a color.
This helps in organizing and categorising calls for better visibility, searching, filtering, and reporting.
Navigate via the Sidebar:
Settings Icon ➝ Tags
The main Call Tags screen displays:
Tag Name
Description
Tag Color
Edit and Delete icons for each tag
A Create New Tag button at the top
Clicking Create New Tag or Edit opens a form with the following fields:
Steps:
Click Create New Tag
Enter:
Tag Name (required, unique)
Description (optional)
Color (required — HEX or use color picker)
Click Create
System validates:
Required fields are filled
Tag name is unique
On success:
Tag appears in the tag list
A toast confirms: "Tag created successfully."
Tag becomes immediately available for call tagging
Steps:
Click the Edit icon beside a tag
The modal opens pre-filled with tag data
Update:
Tag Name
Description
Color
The system revalidates the updated tag name
On success:
Changes are saved
Tag list updates
A toast confirms: "Tag updated successfully."
Steps:
Click the Delete icon beside a tag
A confirmation dialogue appears containing:
Message: "Are you sure you want to delete this tag?"
A text input requiring an exact match of the tag name (case-sensitive)
A Confirm Delete button that remains disabled until the input matches
If the tag is assigned to calls, the dialog includes:
Once confirmed:
Tag is soft-deleted (not available for new tagging)
The tag is removed from the tag list
Toast appears: "Tag deleted successfully."
Steps:
Click on “Upload Tags”
The modal opens
Upload a file with the next Structure
Name: text
Description: text
Color: HEX code
Or you can download the sample file and reupload it
The system will validate all data and highlight any invalid data
After fixing the data and changing the file, you can upload tags and use them in your next reports
Note:
You can use the Tags from the Reports to assign and assign them
This feature allow you to control if you want ai to tag calls in analyzed calls
