AI Dashboard
The "Bevatel AI Module" is the main, centralized section in your system that groups all of the platform's artificial intelligence features.
Dashboard Overview
The AI Dashboard provides a real-time, daily overview of call analysis, agent tagging, and customer sentiment. It is designed to give supervisors and managers immediate insights into the quality and content of customer interactions.
Note: The data on this dashboard resets every day.

How to Access the AI Dashboard
From the left-hand sidebar, click the Bevatel AI icon.
Select Dashboard from the AI menu.

AI Dashboard Overview
The dashboard is divided into three key summary sections:
1. AI Summary Cards
This section provides high-level daily statistics.

Metric | Description |
Total Calls | Total number of calls received in the system for the day. |
Analyzed Calls | The number of calls that have been successfully processed by the AI. |
Total Tagged Calls | The total number of calls that have at least one tag (manual or auto). |
Manual Tagged Calls | The number of calls that were tagged by an agent. |
Auto Tagged Calls | The number of calls that were automatically tagged by the AI. |
Average Sentiment Score | The average sentiment of all analyzed calls. An arrow (up or down) indicates the trend compared to the previous day's average. |
2. Overall Sentiment
This widget breaks down the sentiment of all analyzed calls.

Metric | Description |
Positive | The number and percentage of calls identified with a positive sentiment. |
Neutral | The number and percentage of calls identified with a neutral sentiment. |
Negative | The number and percentage of calls identified with a negative sentiment. |
3. Tag Distribution
This widget shows the most common tags applied to calls.

Metric | Description |
Total | The total number of unique tags applied across all calls. |
[Tag Name] (e.g., Sales) | The specific tag name. The list shows the top tags. |
No of calls | The number of calls associated with that specific tag. |
Note: This section displays all tags, whether they were applied manually by agents or automatically by the AI.
How to Use the AI Dashboard
View Full Tag Distribution
In the "Tag distribution" widget, click the View all tags link.

A pop-up window will appear, listing all tags and their call counts.
Use the "Search tags" bar within the pop-up to find a specific tag and see its count.
