Client Console

The screen serves as a gateway for users to access different communication services within the platform. From this screen, you can launch specific modules such as Call Center, Chat, SMS, and others. It centralizes access control, streamlines navigation, and displays current usage statistics to effectively monitor service limits.

NotesNote: if you have an orgAdmin role or are the owner of the workspace, you will be able to see the usage of your service.
