How It Works:

  1. Incoming Call: When you receive an incoming call, the system instantly searches your Zoho CRM account for the caller's phone number.

    • New Caller: If the phone number is not found in Zoho CRM, the system will automatically create a new contact.

  3. Call Logging: Once the call is completed, a new log is created within the contact's associated deal. This log includes details like call duration, time, and date.

  4. Call Recording: The audio recording of the conversation is automatically attached to the newly created call log, ensuring all information is stored in one place.
