  • Welcome & Order Confirmation: When a customer places a new order on your Shopify store, an automatic WhatsApp message is sent with the order confirmation details and order number.

  • Step 1: The customer selects the "Track Shipment" option from the WhatsApp workflow.

  • Step 2: The automated system asks the customer to provide their order number.

  • Step 3: Once the correct order number is entered, the system automatically replies with a message containing the direct tracking link for the shipment.
