This guide explains how to integrate your Bevatel Business Chat system with your Zid store to streamline customer interactions, access order data, and enhance support efficiency.
Log into your Bevatel dashboard.
From the left-hand sidebar, click on “Integrations”.
In the list of available apps, locate Zid Integration.
Click on “Configure” for Zid.
Open a new tab and log into your Zid merchant dashboard.
Click on your store profile icon at the top-right.
Copy the Store ID listed (e.g., 111111
).
Return to the Bevatel Integrations > Zid configuration screen.
Paste the Store ID you copied from Zid.
Click “Submit”.
If successful, you will see a green message: “Store ID updated successfully.”
Your Connection Status will update to Established.
Click the “Connect with Zid” button.
You will be redirected to the Zid App Marketplace.
Find and subscribe to the app: Bevatel Business Chat.
Approve the requested permissions to allow Bevatel to integrate with your store.
After successfully subscribing and completing the connection:
Return to Bevatel.
The Zid integration card will now display a link labeled “Zid Events”.
This gives you access to customer-related events such as orders and previous transactions directly from the Bevatel dashboard.
