Step 4: A direct link to the customer's profile in HubSpot is generated, allowing your team to quickly access their information and interaction history.
2. Customer Data Synchronization
Ensure customer information is always consistent between HubSpot and the Bevatel platform through the workflow.
Step 1: A user modifies a customer's data (e.g., Name, Email, Phone Number, or Status) within the HubSpot platform.
Step 2: The customer's data is synchronized on the Bevatel platform, ensuring data consistency across both systems for centralized and accurate customer information management.
