The Extension Module is essential for monitoring call center extensions. It enables administrators to:
Get a quick overview of all extensions in the system.
Identify which users are assigned to each extension.
View important extension details like extension numbers.
This module helps keep the system organized and ensures that extensions are properly assigned to the appropriate users.
The module offers a clear and concise display of extension data but does not include action functionalities, such as editing or adding extensions directly from the page. It serves purely for viewing and tracking data.
Simple Steps to Use the Extension Module
Access Call Center Dashboard: Log in with your credentials to access the admin interface of the call center system.
Navigate to the Extensions Module:
From the system's main menu, go to Settings under system management.
Click on Extensions to open the module page.
View the Extensions Table:
Extension Number: The unique number assigned to each extension.
Users Assigned: The names of users assigned to each extension. If no user is assigned, "Not Assigned" will appear.
Search and Filter:
Use the search bar to filter for specific extensions or users.
Sort the data by clicking column headers to organize by extension number or user name.
