Can't replace the CSV file
Use the corresponding icons next to a campaign:
Start: Begin a campaign that is ready to launch.
Pause: Temporarily halt an ongoing campaign.
Note
Only users with admin permissions can access this module.
CSV files must follow the required structure—name and phone number columns are typically mandatory.
Campaigns do not automatically restart after pausing unless manually resumed.
Scheduled campaigns will start based on the system’s time zone setting, not the user’s local time.
